Key Technology Features

• Meeting rooms are equipped with a lectern, incorporating microphone as well as dedicated in-room audio and fixed high resolution data projector and screen.
• Auditorium is equipped with two large 9 metre x 5 metre LED display screens and the rigging capability for large customisable configurations.
• Rivers banquet room is pre-rigged for standard configurations with video, lighting and draping and with the rigging capability for high production event requirements.
• Exhibition Halls have a rigging height of 10.6m allowing for elaborate large production requirements, including unique features like dimmable house lighting.
• Venue paging with customisable zones, programmable messaging with scheduling.
• Digital signage options throughout the building including that can schedule images, slideshows and video files.
• Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas, or clients can brand Wi-Fi networks for their own event or display sponsor messages

• Wired network connections are available with gigabit copper and 10 gigabit fibre connections in event spaces
