Te Pae Christchurch’s façade and surrounding areas are nearly complete, with final touches and a steady stream of furniture and technology being set up within the venue to meet our Centre’s new generation capabilities.


The building will feature cutting-edge technology across multiple spaces, to fulfill our clients’ needs for flexibility and the delivery of successful events.

Our Exhibition Hall is suitable for live performances, award ceremonies, and exhibitions, accommodating up to 200 booths and 3,600 delegates. This area, as with all spaces across Te Pae Christchurch, is highly adaptable, with a level floor surface of 2,800sqm (expandable to 3,300sqm) and the ability to divide the space into four distinct rooms to suit any event.

Our 1,400 seat Auditorium has been designed to include the technological tools needed to present clients and guests with the most cutting-edge and immersive experiences possible. A 90sqm LED screen with custom configurations for split and full mode, as well as a full 4K vision mixer with auxiliary outputs, streaming, and recording capabilities are just some of the modern technology and audio-visual capabilities that we can offer to enhance any occasion.

Our smart lecterns, available across the Centre, make presenting a pleasure, with each lectern having an integrated presentation PC and a 21.5″ touchscreen control panel that not only displays the same image as the projection screen but also allows complete management of each room’s AV functions.
