With plenty of natural light, built-in audio-visual technology and lush green views of Victoria Square, our Bealey rooms are the perfect choice for your next meeting for 20-80 people.

Eco-Meet package $83+GST per person

• Eco-friendly Chef’s Choice morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
• Modern meeting rooms with natural light (Boardroom, U-Shape or Cabaret set up)
• Audio Visual package (Projector, Screen, Lectern, Microphone, Whiteboard, Wi-Fi)

• Self Service Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine with reusable cups (all day use)

Share your impactful sustainability initiatives to save on your day meeting package ($1 off for each initiative, maximum discount $3pp).

  Examples of sustainable initiatives:

• Go paper free. Send digital event information to attendees
• Bring your own water bottles, utilise our in-built water dispensers
• Share your sustainable meeting initiatives on social media and tag @Te Pae Christchurch
• Go digital! No printing, paper or notepads during your event
• No throwaway merchandise/swag items
• Choose green transport options to get to/from the venue eg bike, bus, walk

• Applies to new bookings between 1st December 2024, and 30th April 2025
• Minimum of 20 guests, maximum of 80 guests
• Menus are Chef’s choice and subject to seasonal variation
• Package price is per guest per day
• Meeting bookings are for 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
