  Join us on our mission to reduce our carbon footprint and host greener events. Share your impactful sustainability initiatives to save up to $3 per person on your day meeting package.

• Applies to new bookings from November 2025 for events held between 1 December and 30 April 2026
• Minimum of 60 guests or minimum spend of $5,000+gst, maximum of 90 guests
• Menus are Chef’s choice and subject to seasonal variation
• Package price is per guest per day
• Meeting bookings are for 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
• This offer is applicable for full day meetings only
• Bookings are for our Bealey Rooms only
