Te Pae Christchurch has unveiled its refreshed menus for the coming year, celebrating a renewed focus on provenance, partnership and place, with a distinctive “Canterbury on a plate” philosophy at their core.
The new menu suite is more than a seasonal update – it represents the next evolution of Te Pae’s culinary identity, bringing to life a place-led approach to catering that connects guests to the landscapes, people and producers of the Canterbury region. Guided by the journey “from mountains to sea,” the menus showcase ingredients sourced as close to Christchurch as possible, reflecting the region’s natural food bowl – from high country lamb and fertile plains produce to Akaroa salmon.
