Te Pae Christchurch named finalist in NZEA Event Awards 2026

We’re pleased to share that Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre has been named a finalist in the Venue of the Year category at the 2026 NZ Events Association (NZEA) New Zealand Event Awards.

This recognition follows our submission highlighting the delivery of Adaptation Futures 2025 - a major international conference hosted here in Ōtautahi Christchurch. The event brought together global experts and delegates, and showcased the scale, capability and collaboration required to deliver world-class conferences in Aotearoa.

Being named a finalist in what was described as a highly competitive field is a significant achievement. The NZEA Awards continue to attract a strong calibre of entries each year, making this acknowledgement a reflection of the dedication and effort across everyone involved.

We’re incredibly grateful to our team, clients and partners who contributed to the success of Adaptation Futures 2025.
